How do I get started with Majat?
Download Majat from the App Store or Google Play, create your profile in a few seconds, and start browsing hikes and expeditions across Albania.
Is Majat free to use?
Yes — the Explorer plan is free forever and lets you browse hikes, view organization profiles, and create your profile. The Summit plan (€15/year) unlocks joining events, real-time group chat, full member profiles, advanced filters, and your hike history map.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Summit subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime from your device's subscription settings.
How does the SOS safety feature work?
During an active hike you can send a one-tap alert to share your situation with your group. SOS is a coordination tool, not a replacement for official emergency services — in a real emergency, always call 112 first.
How do I report a bug or inappropriate content?
Email us at majat@90labs.llc with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot. You can also report events, organizations, and messages directly inside the app.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and associated data from your profile settings in the app. If you need help, email majat@90labs.llc and we'll take care of it for you.
